Hey there, you sexy..you. /AwkwardTurtleStrikesAgain
I got great news I finally got a job! I work as a waiter, part time at a sushi restaurant; so I get free sushi at work for dinner and wow darm it's so good. And I've had A LOT of good quality sushi nothing like Giro though this restaurant surprised me. The fish is so fresh and amazingly tasty, the sushi chef is SO fast.
Also I got some paid model jobs, 1 tomorrow then another one next week. I'm so excited! 500SEK per hour, guys I can pay half my rent with the gig tomorrow ; w ; ) I'm so happy, money has been an issue lately so I'm glad I can now cover the rent.
Here you get some foodporn pictures from the past few days for you :)
Well hello bunny hubby :'D
Eric's family sent us 2 GIANT packages from the States, first 1 had some of his clothes that got soaked in kimchi water since they sent us his mother's homemade kimchi and radish kimchi. IT IS DELICIOUS btw, just saying. The other one was all instant rameyon and clothes, Eric's mother and sister got me yoga shorts and lots of OPI nail polishes I feel so lucky<3
Oishi Grandwas the best buffet I have ever been to!
Let it be in Thailand, Denmark or any other country I have visited this was by far the best. From the quality freshly cut; in front of your eyes salmon/various fish to the busy sushi chefs molding and creating delicious sushi; the list is much longer but, it was worth every penny. In Thailand you probably (most likely) will find cheaper and more affordable buffets including: Oishi Express, Shabushi and numerous of others.
Price price comes to a NET price on about 800Baht person ($24~25, 134kr.) for me, this is incredibly cheap, it's surreal! In Denmark I would pay 200kr (+) for a just a all you can eat "running" sushi and let's just say it's not "the best" quality most of the time regardless of the price being so darn similar.
This place was gold. I loved it, even with a 3 hour time limit for Hubby and I it was plently of time. Even though we don't do buffets well, even with the price this is not only worth it but also we ate enough to be able to say that if we had gotten the same thing in a restaurant we would've paid the white outta our eyes starve, let to die here. (expensive stuffffffff-) ('◉◞⊖◟◉` )
Tenpanyaki stand, fresh stuff!! Btw, the Australian beef was amazing. Just pure, amaze.
The restaurant itself is huge, with various of food "stations" like any buffet. This one was just over the top, they had everything. And it was free, just wow. They had a dessert station, what kind of buffet doesn't have that? Well this one got a DIY pancake MACHINE, a Haagen Daaz icecream stand and a big selections of cakes and puddings. Also they served fruit salads. Standard right?
You can see a hint of a Haagen Daaz sign in the left, this includes 3 different food selections!
Hubby on the right grabbing some smoked salmon - Chef on the left cutting fresh sashimi salmon! So good..
Icecream, pancakes, desserts..Great right? The pancake machine really had me and I'm not keen on desserts but I had to try it. Had to.
These are at every table, you bring them to the yaki (the grill station) so they can bring the food to your table after you pick them out, no sweat it's so easy!
The most delicious beef I've ever had, thank you Chef, thank you for the medium rare-melting-on-my-tongue-goodness. It was beautiful. LOOK AT IT
Not only is this place easy to find, but just come by on a week day after 1-2PM and getting a table will be no problem. The staff speaks english and remember EVERYTHING is free there, if you want alcohol on the other hand that's the only thing they'll charge you for. They tell you, the menu at the drinks/beverage station says so. It just that simple and easy! It was a bunch of fun eating this, it was delicious and I tried so many quality foods I have never had the opportunity to eat before. Best eating experience ever!
This place should be on any foreigners list of "eats" if you drop by Thailand you won't regret it.
Also did I mention they make coffee (espresso, latte's, mocha's) and hot chocolate for free? Oh the caffeine
Location: Siam Discovery, 2nd floor. You can't miss it

It's really quiet. Very quiet - almost too quiet. As much as I've looked forward to having summer vacation, I tend to forget I am on the country side, with a slim amount of friends around not to mention things to do around the area. A walk from time to time, used to be calming, now it's one of the few options of doing anything active apart from laying on the couch and watch movies on your laptop.
^ Doesn't sound so bad? Why am I complaining? I'm not actually lol I'm just a person that enjoys to do something, whether if it's productive or not-that-productive-but-better-than-nothing productive. I can barely stand a day of doing absolutely nothing. Luckily for me I workout in the morning and evening so I have something to do. Though it's almost a thing I look forward to (I always do but, in a different way) do
- because it is something I would be doing and not just toasting it infront of my tv or laptop.
But, nevertheless, if I didn't have Eric here, oh god this is going to sound hella tacky and cheesy but, I wouldn't be where I am right now. He have been helping me out so much, .. I love him. ╥﹏╥)
Flower Boy Ramen Shop ffufufu~
Spending some time at TeaStyle in Copenhagen right before we had to catch our train back to Jylland we just sat there to pass time and have some bobble tea and frozen yogurt we ran into some girls I knew, Lina and her friends. Quite funny how you can actually just spend a few laid back hours at the café and run into several people you know throughout the day. Was lovely!
Our time here at my place, before I can move out is spent with mainly:
Food, cooking, eating and istagramming the food and me taking pictures of it before eating. LOL
Tv-series, watching anything on TV - Eric is quite fond of the National Geographic channel, surprising me a little, but then again a lot of interesting things gets shown on that channel
Tinychat, exactly what I spend most of time with to begin with LOL, both of us are mods in the same room so no surprise there. Modding we shall, when my laptop don't lags too much, hurhur
Websurfing, always. Can't blame this generation, had it most of our lives now.
Movies, everything and anything, if you have a good movie you can recommend please do! We have watched anything the past few weeks, haha.
Here's some food for ya. ENJOY IT WITH YOUR EYES ONLY ♥
Got my new phone as well, so ain't completely lost when I walk around anymore :B Even though I didn't mind not having a phone, just the fact I didn't know the time was kinda annoying. I need a watch or something.. This is my new baby though, Samsung Galaxy S3. So weird not to have an HTC anymore tho.
Been wearing lesser makeup than ever, recently gone without it for 4 days. It feels hella weird and not to mention my skin doesn't even improve whatsoever ._. That's just sad, I let my skin breathe freely and it just starts breaking out on me TTATT (probably due to duh time of the months, ya ladies know.) Finishing off with some barefaced pics TT TT I look hella tired. /cursedtilldeathwithdarkcirclesofhorror.
Saturday I went to the Kimchi Festival with Lucas and Eric. They we're excited for the food mostly, I just wanted to go, cause.. yeah ok I sorely wanted kimchi. LOL But, since we had spent most of our time just chilling I felt reckless and wanted to go out a bit :3 CAUSE THEY KEPT GAMING LOL AND I FELT TRAPPED /ques Trap by Henry. jk jk not as bad it sounds ~ exactly what it sounds like /stabs self
Eric complained like a little bitchy teenage girl about how bland the food was and etc. I didn't try much, other than the Kimchi Fried Rice and Kimchi Pancake which I had never had before. To me it tasted so-so, I've had better but, most likely it might have been because of the kimchi being in a bland mixture, zip-lock bag imported from Korea (Eric said he didn't want to eat it, hurhur, did it anyways LOL) Funny how Lucas, Eric and I ran into Tea and Rasmus as soon as we arrived! Was lovely, as Lucas and I had been talking earlier about how nice it would be if we could hangout with them as well and look around with Eric - never happened though, we suck at actually communicating with the world of social-friend-network we have ╥﹏╥)I can speak for both of us cause Lucas is hella bad at it as well! ╮(╯_╰)╭
We ended up staying for maybe another hour seeing people (Kpop-Lovers~ from FB) dance random bits and pieces of kpop songs, entertaining. And Eric got some face paint done, gotta represent 'em Koreans! was too fucking shy to get any done myself /facedesk We then went through a window shopping stroll with Tea and Rasmus (and the rest of us hurhur) and dinner all together :DD I wasn't feeling for the food there so I enjoyed the company (wasn't that hungry, more like hella thirsty for some tea ><)
....ლ(ಠ益ಠლ y can't look pretty next to Eric huh /sobs
